- Cancellation: You may cancel your plan within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Cancellations made after this period will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- Refund: If you’re not satisfied with your plan, please let us know within 24 Hours of receiving it. We’ll work with you to make necessary adjustments or process a refund if we’re unable to meet your needs.
- Process: To request a cancellation or refund, please contact our support team via WhatsApp or email with your order details.
- Exceptions: Refunds may not be available for plans that have already been extensively personalized or commenced.
